The current system we are using to clear out the unblock-en-l userlist is:
All list members will receive an email from one of the list mods. This message will give the instructions below. You may choose not to wait for the email if you wish, and just follow the steps below. Then ignore the message when you receive it.
Users wishing to remain subscribed must email me from inside their Wikipedia account, using the Emailuser function. The subject of the message should be: unblock-en-l identification, and you should make sure the email account that you are subscribed with is the same one set in your preferences.
Due to the personal info which is often disclosed on the list, only administrators and other trusted users will be accepted. Regardless of approval, you will likely receive no reply to your message. One week from now, (March 4), users who have not replied to the moderators requests, and those who are not approved will be unsubscribed. A list of approved users, those who have sent a proper message to me and meet the requirements, can be found below, as well as those who are not approved. Note you can opt out of being on the below list by requesting so in the body of your email
If you sent me an email, and are not on either list, please be patient, do not email me again until it is the last day (March 4), or you request has not been responded to for 48 hours. Thanks from unblock-en-l.
