I obtained this photo from the Coast To Coast AM website. Because it is a standard head shot publicity photo, I believe that it is covered under Wikipedia's fair use policy. Please correct me if I am wrong.

This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit.
