Talk:Purchase order
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
There are a number of different types (or flavors) of purchase orders. For example, blanket order, standing order, open order, etc. It would be worthy to describe these here. Also, a discussion of the difference between Order, Purchase Order, and Sales Order, would also be worthwhile.--BrianSHayes 21:53, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
In this example, it is a female subordinate with no authority or, apparently, good sense that makes the purchase. I can't help but feel this is sexist. It could simply have been Person X as was done with the companies. 132.207.196.72 20:34, 1 February 2007 (UTC) (This comment was used to rewrite the article to make it gender non-specific.)
