Talk:PZL.23 Karaś
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Shouldn't we try to be consistent and use only one naming version? This plane is being called primarily in Polish sources as PZL p.23 Karas, though other versions (PZL P.23 Karas, PZL P-23 Karas) are used as well. Anyway, the PZL.23 Karaś seems to be the least popular - at least in my sources. Halibutt 22:07, 16 Apr 2004 (UTC)
- Some sources claimed, that letter "P" before a number was reserved for Pulawski's design fighters (like PZL P.11), but it is true, that this is not strictly obeyed in many sources. However, I think, that we may call the fighters with "P" only. Pibwl 19:50, 19 Jul 2004 (UTC)

- Łoś was certainly not a work of Puławski, yet it was referred to as PZL P.37A and PZL P.37B. I'm sure I saw this name used in a pre-war source. Halibutt 20:17, Jul 19, 2004 (UTC)
