The case :
In the articles about Tranparency Int.on the EN, and De wikipedia there is an image which i think is from your website.

My request :
Wikipedia Commons (Public Domian), means that all media stored there can be used on all the 80 other Wikipedia's. (every language has a Wikipedia, like wiki NL, wiki EN, Wiki DE).
Thats why common was created.
Now,
If it is was not from your website:
1. Can you provide a similar picture ?
2:
In general and for the future:
Can you provide a common license for wikipedia commons, that we can use al your media from your website ? (the text use is clear) a usual license would be, can be used, as it is,without any change, as long as the source is mentioned.
(with the source mentioned, its easy to check where the logo, etc are used)
3. Can you update the disclaimer on your website, so that not everybody has to do this request, and get chased with copyright authorities?
