Qawra, pronounced with a silent "Q", is a small town on the north-eastern coast of the Mediterranean island Malta.
Close to Buġibba and forming part of St. Paul's Bay, Qawra is popular among tourists and is home to a great many hotels and restaurants. Although there is no beach, many swim and bathe off the rocks, which provide ample space for sun bathing.
Qawra is also home to one of the many towers built by the Knights of St. John. Qawra Tower now hosts a restaurant.
