This image, QuasarAd.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I ( feb^talk ) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

it is a low resolution copy of a (Magazine?) advertisement;
it does not limit the copyright owner's ability to promote or sell magazines in any way;
copies could not be used to make illegal copies for misuse;
the copyright holder Romarsh collasped around 1985, and the creator of the bike seems to be deceased.
