[edit] Fresh cheese?
I read in one of the ref's that Quarg is a "fresh cheese", but I have no clue what that means. Maybe someone can fill in the gap here? --Slashme 12:05, 27 March 2006 (UTC)
Quarg and Quark are different words for the same product: it is a fresh type of cheese which means that the cheese is not ripened but consumed soon after production
[edit] Aggresive referencing
I haven't actually read the 1989 article on Quarg manufacture; I just assume that the 1991 article quotes it faithfully. However, if anyone is willing to make the effort to get it from a library, it should have good information to flesh out this article. --Slashme 12:08, 27 March 2006 (UTC)
It's curds and it is called Quark with "K". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quark_%28food%29
