Quent Yaiden

Quent Yaiden is from the series Wolf's Rain. Quent is a little old, probably in his mid 50's or late 50's. Quent hates wolves, for he believes they destroyed his little home town called Kyrios and everything that meant anything to him.
Quent is an alcoholic, and carries around a semi-automatic hunting rifle and travels from city to city on the search for wolves. He travels with his dog Blue. She is part wolf, and Quent has her for two reasons. First, because his son Ruesse, who was killed in the fire, brought her home. Secondly, because she was part wolf, Blue could track down wolves well. Quent knows the difference between a wolf and a dog, and if someone tells him otherwise, he will continue to argue.
