Quiet is the rumored first single off of the re-issue of The Naked Truth from East Coast MC Lil' Kim and West Coast MC The Game. However there have also been talks of The Game's in Trouble being the first single. The song was highly debated to be the first or second single from the original version of the Naked Truth but Kim didn't have enough time to shoot a video for it. It is a slow-paced and grim song targeted at Lil' Kim's enemies including Junior Mafia and 50 Cent and Foxy Brown
