Quinn's Uncles
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Quinn's Uncles is a rock band that began years ago in Dearborn, Michigan, when lead guitarist Tim Meade started taking guitar lessons and his younger brother, Jim would sing along. In 2001, the band took it's current shape in Chicago, but has since moved to the Los Angeles area to become famous or at least get a good tan. The band has featured Carlos Mendoza on drums and Craig Connelly or Nate Lerohl on bass for various performances. The brothers' band has released two albums: "Overdogs" (2002) and "Meadevil" (2006). The band's first single from "Meadevil", "Say Uncle" has quickly climbed up the charts in Los Angeles during late 2005 and early 2006. Their sound is a self described mix of The Beatles, The Foo Fighters, Bon Jovi and The Allman Brothers.
