Rachel Bringer

Rachel Bringer (born September 19, 1971) is an attorney and current Democratic member of the Missouri House of Representatives. She resides in Palmyra, Missouri.
She was born and raised on a farm in Marion County, Missouri, going on to the University of Missouri-Columbia, where she received a B.A. degree with honors in English, and later a J.D. degree in 1995. She served as a member of the Missouri Law Review there.
She was a law clerk for Judge Reinhard with the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern Region, from 1995 through 1997, and as an assistant prosecutor in Marion County from 2000 through 2002.
She is a member of South Union Baptist Church in Maywood, Missouri, former Sunday school teacher and a pianist. She is currently and a member of the board of trustees of Hannibal LaGrange College, and the Mark Twain Home Foundation Board. She is also a former board member of the American Red Cross, the Palmyra Kiwanis, and the Palmyra Chamber of Commerce.
She was first elected to the Missouri House of Representatives in 2002, and won reelection in 2004. She serves on the following committees:
