Radney Foster

Radney Foster (born 1959 in Del Rio, TX) is a successful singer/songwriter who has been involved in country music for over twenty years. He was formerly one half of the duo Foster & Lloyd, along with fellow songwriter Bill Lloyd. Foster is a 1981 graduate of The University of the South, where he became a brother of Phi Gamma Delta.
His song "Just Call Me Lonesome", co-written with George Ducas, from his album Del Rio, Texas, 1959 reached the top 10 on the Hot Country Songs chart; the followup, "Nobody Wins", reached #2.
