Ralph de la Vega

Ralph de la Vega, a native of Cuba, is the Chief Operating Officer of Cingular Wireless. Previously, he was the President of Latin America Operations, and the President of Broadband and Internet Services for BellSouth.[1][2]
De la Vega has been listed as "one of 50 most important Hispanics in Technology and Business" for 2003, 2004, and 2005 by Hispanic Engineer and I.T. magazine. He has also been recognized as one of the "100 influential" individuals in 2004 and 2005 by Hispanic Business magazine.[citation needed]
Ralph de la Vega holds a bachelor's degree of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University, and an MBA from Northern Illinois University. He has also completed an Executive Program at the University of Virginia.[3]
