The Ranhill Berhad is one of Malaysia largest company.Having started out in 1973 as engineering consultants, it expanded first into engineering, procurement and project management, then into turnkey construction, facilities management, development and ownership of projects.Now,Ranhill is premier engineering corporation, focusing on industry sectors essential to nation-building: oil & gas, power, water and infrastructure.In Ranhill's financial year ended 30 June 2006,more than 60% of it's RM9.3billion order book came from overseas,including a housing contract worth RM7.4billion in Libya and hydropower plant in Pakistan.
