Raoul and the Kings of Spain is the fifth album by the rock band Tears for Fears. Like their prior album, Elemental, it is essentially a solo effort by Roland Orzabal. The album did not sell well despite being praised by many. It would feature the incorporation of Spanish music elements by Orzabal.

This album would feature a return by Oleta Adams. Adams would sing a duet with Orzabal on Me and My Big Ideas.

Note that "Queen of Compromise" is a curiosity in that it is both an album track (on the original album), and since it was deleted before the album was officially released, a non-album track. Because of the label switch, none of these tracks is on Saturnine which was released by the old record company.
