Raymond Kobzey

Constable Raymond S.B. Kobzey was a CSIS agent involved in the lead-up to the 1985 Air India bombing.
[edit] Before the bombing
He joined the RCMP in May 1973, and was transferred to their Security Service detail in Vancouver in January of 1981. He joined CSIS upon its creation in July 1984 and worked as an intelligence officer at the Vancouver anti-Terrorism office. He was specifically tasked with investigating Sikh extremism along with agent David Ayre, under supervisor James Francis.

He resigned from CSIS on July 15th 1990 and the following day was re-employed by the RCMP.
