"Razor Love" is a song written and performed by Neil Young, appearing on his 2000 album Silver & Gold.
Although the song was not released until 2000, it was written in 1987. Young is known to record compulsively, with many unreleased songs in his library. While some eventually end up on subsequent albums, most remain unreleased but will undoubtedly see light of day in the near future with the release of The Archives Vol.01 1962-1972, the first of Young's career-spanning box sets.
"Razor Love" is one of the more well-known songs off the album, and Young played the song while the musical guest on Saturday Night Live on May 6, 2000, along with "Harvest Moon."
