Reading Fringe Festival

The Reading Fringe Festival was started in 2005 in Reading, Berkshire, after a group of musicians decided to put on events in the week running up to the Carling Reading Festival. The festival rapidly expanded to become an event in itself that included Art and Dance as well. In 2006 the festival incorporated other arts and cultural events from the local area.
