Rear Windows '98 is the 8th episode of season six of the classic TV show Diagnosis: Murder. It originally aired November 12, 1998.

Amanda witnesses a murder through a webcam.
Steve manages to track the victims name due to a distinctive limp that Amanda notices. The killer however, realises that he has been seen and as he is a computer genius, he sets about ruining Amanda's life by sabotaging her credit rating, causing her car and her home to be repossessed. He also attempts to kill her by changing the traffic lights to green as she crosses a major junction. Amanda, Steve, Mark and Jesse try to track the killer down by working with a group of young computer geeks, but the killer seems to be one step ahead and draws them further into his scheme by luring them to different locations as they attempt to track him online, at each location is a webcam showing the scene of his next murder. All Amanda and the others can do is watch as the next random webcam victim dies at the hands of a serial murderer, the race is on to track the killer through the internet and solve where he will strike next in time to catch him before another victim dies.
