[edit] Summary
Sample of recovered North Korean equipment from vessel sunk by the South Korean Navy in South Korean territorial waters, April 28, 1978. This equipment was on display at the Joint Security Area for a MAC meeting, along with the recovered boat the equipement was on. When the UNC delegation asked the KPA delegation to go outside the meeting room and look at the boat and the equipment, the KPA delegate responded with "Why? There's nothing out there."
