Red Bean Ice

Red Bean Ice (Chinese: 紅荳冰) is a drink commonly found in Hong Kong. It is usually served in restaurants like Cha chaan teng. The standard ingredients include red beans, light syrup and milk. It is often topped with Ice cream to become a dessert.

Red Bean Ice has been around since the 70s. The later iterations of Red Bean Bubble Tea is a derivative.
