I cannot believe there is an article about a guitar here. Is there some way of getting rid of this?
There is a page for deleting things. Can this be added? Preaky
Uh...the guitar has history behind it and it has been used by one of rock's most influential guitarists for decades. I think it deserves its own page. --Jasonn 05:31, 10 July 2005 (UTC)
- I agree, this is an important guitar. I think I will add a list of manufacturers who have produced versions of this guitar, to go with the luthiers already mentioned. SnakeSeries 18:27, 31 December 2005 (UTC)
- I also agree. This guitar is perhaps the most well-known single guitar ever (single guitar, not model of guitar), and various copies have been produced by various people It's an image forever assoicated with Brain May, who is one of the most influential rock guitarists. --Burbster 13:00, 17 April 2006 (UTC)
- I agree as well, This and Lucille are probably the most influential guitars of our time, if you understand what I mean.Pubuman 02:25, 22 September 2006 (UTC)
- Not only do I agree (name another unique guitar that was hand-built by the musician who plays it, and has done so for nearly 40 years), I'm thinking the entry may need some tweaking. The restoration section might work better being placed before the replicas section as it would make more sense, time-wise. Also, I believe that Burns is no longer making copies of the guitar, but the same factory in Korea is making them under a different name. If no one disagrees, I will make the changes in a few days.
