Fair use rationale: This is a promotional photograph released by the copyright holder to illustrate and promote the refurbishment of the trains. I contend that including this photograph on the British Rail Class 482, London Underground 1992 Stock and Waterloo & City Line articles complies with fair use principles. I believe it very unlikely that it will be possible for an alternative, non-fair use, photograph to be taken until the Waterloo & City Line reopens - currently expected to be September 2006.
