[edit] What makes this a voice?
What makes this a voice? The examples given so far are merely of reflexive pronouns. A grammatical voice should affect verb conjugation. FilipeS 21:12, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
- I turned it into a redirect to reflexive verb. While the concept of reflexivity in most languages is wider than just verbs and pronouns, and has a lot of overlap with the concept voice (i.e. there's often semantic shift when a verb is used in reflexive and non-reflexive form), there was little in this article that wasn't already in Reflexive verb. Perhaps that title is not accurate enough. For what it's worth, here are the results of Google book search on "reflexive voice" and "reflexive verb"—they refer to the same subject in most cases.
