[edit] Fair use for Time Lord and Regeneration (Doctor Who)
This image, Regeneration4to5.jpg, is being linked here; though the images contained in the collage are copyright © to the BBC, I khaosworks (talk • contribs) 11:59, 27 September 2006 (UTC) feel they are covered by the U.S. fair use law because:
- The images in question are low-resolution screenshots.
- The images are being used for informational purposes about the lead character ("the Doctor") from Doctor Who;
- The images are significant because they demonstrate the change from one actor to another in the programme, while playing the same character.
- The use of the images in these articles will have no effect on the BBC's commercial use of the images in question.
