Reginald Ballard

Reginald Ballard is an African-American character actor and comedian who is probably best known as "Brotherman from the fifth flo'" in the sitcom Martin. He has appeared in many different television shows such as Veronica Mars, The Bernie Mac Show, and the short-lived TV show, Crumbs.
