I have been around since April 2006. I enjoy contributing to Wikipedia. I see it as "returning a favour" as I have got a lot out of the encyclopedia. I got started by browsing and I found several articles that were completely destroyed because of POV wars. I call it "death by a thousand edits". I found that if an article has a good start with substantial quality content that is as neutral as possible, then stability could be reached quite quickly. So I tend to contribute in big chunks, i.e. boldly. As I am mainly a content provider, rather than an editor, my edit count will always be pretty low!
