cdn_boi (talk • contribs) – Hi everyone, my name is cdn_boi and as you can tell I am from Canada, Ontario to be exact. I have been an active member of Wikipedia for a long time now and specialize in Canadian broadcasting. I have made various important edits to existing articles and created new articles on various subjects. I have been very accurate in my edits and check and recheck my research before I make any revisions to any articles and newly formed articles. I have been well respectful to my fellow Wikipedia users I am very familiar with the rules and regulations of Wikipedia and the technical side of Wikipedia also including how to edit certain articles and so forth. Questions for the candidate
Dear candidate, thank you for offering to serve Wikipedia in this capacity. Please take the time to answer a few generic questions to provide guidance for voters:
- 1. What sysop chores, if any, would you anticipate helping with? Please check out Category:Wikipedia backlog, and read the page about administrators and the administrators' reading list.
- A: As an administrator I would expect to and would be glad to help any user with any problems that they may have with using Wikipedia or help with any article they may have trouble in editing wheather it be help in researching it for example. I would do my best to help that user in his or her problems they may be having.
- 2. Of your articles or contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
- A: There is no one particular article that I am pleased with in particular, I feel that any article that I have brought accurate information to for the general public that would like information on a certain subject makes me proud. People want information and they want it to be accurate and if I can do that then I am proud of that.
- 3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- A: There has been conflicts in the past about editing in articles and with any conflict both parties must come to an agreement and do research on the subject in question and bringing a third party in is also a great way to resolve conflicts.
