Reva is an unincorporated community located in Harding County, South Dakota. Although not tracked by the Census Bureau, Reva has been assigned the ZIP code of 57651.

The area surrounding Reva is primarily agricultural. Families from this area make a living farming and ranching.
During the 3rd weekend of July (primarily) the Reva community has its Annual Reva Turtle Races. On Saturday and Sunday they gather to play softball, volleyball, play games, dance, and of course race turtles among other things.
