Richmond Hill is a three-piece melodic rock band from Sydney, Nova Scotia. They formed in early 2005 and since that time they've extensively toured in Canada, and have recorded and released their debut EP at Lakewind Sound, with producer Mike Shepherd. They've also made an appearance at the 2006 East Coast Music Awards showcase[1], were showcased at the 2006 (Ju)No-Case, won the MuchMusic/West49 Battle of the bands (in November of 2005), played the DC Shoes Launch Party (2006 West49 Canadian Open), and have shared the stage with the likes of: Rise Against, Moneen, Protest The Hero, Boys Night Out, and The Reason.
The band is scheduled to begin demoing this spring (at Megawatt Studios in Toronto, ON) for their debut full-length CD that will be released some time in 2007.
