Rick George MacLeish (born 3 January 1950 in Cannington, Ontario, Canada) is a retired professional ice hockey winger.

He played in the NHL with the Philadelphia Flyers, Hartford Whalers, Pittsburgh Penguins, Detroit Red Wings. He won 2 Stanley Cups with the Philadelphia Flyers in 1974 and 1975.
MacLeish was drafted 4th overall by the Boston Bruins in the 1970 NHL Amateur Draft. He played the majority of his junior career with the Peterborough Petes.
