Rick Moser

Rick Moser (born December 18, 1956 in White Plains, New York) is an actor and a former American NFL running back who played for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Miami Dolphins, Kansas City Chiefs, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Played in parts of five NFL seasons from 1978 through 1982 for four teams, carrying the ball 54 total times for 190 yards and one touchdown. He also caught three passes for 10 yards and one score and returned 6 kickoffs for 108 yards. He won two Super Bowl championships with the Steelers following the 1978 (Super Bowl XIII) and 1979 (Super Bowl XIV) seasons.

Moser has also acted in several movies and television shows, most notable as the high-sock wearing assistant football coach in Dazed and Confused and a football player in Everybody's All-American. He also appeard in the popular television series The Facts of Life and Diff'rent Strokes. He also appeared as himself in Fighting Back: The Rocky Bleier Story.
