Rick Tuttle

Rick Tuttle(1940-) was Los Angeles City Controller from 1985 to 2001. He stressed the importance of creating a strong democratic influence on UCLA, which was in his words "the best large public university in a major city". The 4 term controller stepped down after reaching his term limit. He currently works at UCLA.
Rick is currently the Administrative Representative to the Undergraduate Student Association Council (USAC) of UCLA. He also has been an interviewee of the Fellows Program at Coro (non-profit organization) of Southern California.
