The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. I renamed the page you created at cycling-power meters to cycling power meter according to Wikipedia:Naming conventions, specifically prefer singluar nouns. --Christopherlin 18:07, 11 February 2006 (UTC)

PS: I saw you tried to add a link to Bicycle Training Rollers, which does not yet exist. Naming conventions also prefers leaving second and third words lowercase except in proper nouns, titles, and the like.
