Ringwood Secondary College (commonly referred to simply as RSC) is a co-educational public secondary school located in the eastern suburb of Ringwood in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
It provides education for years 7-12. Year 11 and 12 students undertake the VCE program. There are currently approximately 1370 students enrolled at the school.
RSC offers an extensive range of VCE subjects as well as the Victorian Certificate of Learning (VCAL) programme. The college has just recently built a new Automotive Centre, home to the Australian Technical Colleges of Eastern Melbourne.
The Music and Performing Arts Program at Ringwood Secondary College is currently quite large, with four concert bands, four stage bands, three string ensembles and two choirs. The Ringwood Secondary College choir and orchestra were recently featured in an Australian band's film clip. The tradition of excellence continues into the competitions, Melbourne School Bands Festival, Mt Gambier Generations in Jazz and the Royal South Street Competition, where the school has received excellent results in the past few years.
