Riverfront Tower III is a 275 unit luxury high rise residential skyscraper at 300 Riverfront Drive in downtown Detroit, Michigan. It offers views of Windsor, Ontario, the Ambassador Bridge, and the Detroit River's many ships and private water craft during spring and summer months. Landscaped parkland surrounds the towers. It is adjacent to Riverfront Tower I and Riverfront Tower II. Built in 1991, the building is an example of modern architecture. Each Riverfront tower creates an ascending tier of three.
