This article needs a lot of work by someone who has read the novel to make it a bit more nuetral in tone, or at least add some sources to back up the POV statements throughout. This caught my eye: "The book has withstood the test of time reasonably well because there are few references to technology." I can quickly think of about 20 books much older than this that have "withstood the test of time" despite being hard-SF, and full of technological references. -- Antepenultimate 02:33, 2 February 2007 (UTC)
