Rob Lougheed

Rob Lougheed is a teacher and politician from Alberta, Canada.
Rob was born in Grand Prairie in 1947.
He attended the University of Alberta.
In the 1997 Alberta general election Rob was elected to his first term in the Legislative Assembly of Alberta as the member for Clover Bar-Fort Saskatchewan. He was elected for the Progressive Conservatives, defeating one term incumbent Muriel Abdurahman from the Alberta Liberal Party in a hotly contested election.
Rob was easily reelected to his second term in office in 2001.
In the 2004 Alberta general election, Rob became the member for the recreated district of Strathcona.
