Robert E. "Bob" Dvorsky is the Iowa State Senator from the 15th District. He received his BS and MPA from the University of Iowa.
Dvorsky currently serves on several committees in the Iowa Senate - the Judiciary committee; the Labor and Business Relations committee; the Rules and Administration committee; and the Appropriations committee, where he is chair. His prior political experience includes serving as a representative in the Iowa House from 1986-1994, serving as the Mason City Superintendent of Recreation from 1973-1979, and serving on the Coralville City Council from 1979-1986.
Dvorsky was re-elected in 2006 with 19,027 votes, running unopposed. [1]
