Robin Kelly

Robin Kelly is the Illinois State Representative for the 38th district. Her district includes Country Club Hills, Flossmoor, Harvey, Hazel Crest, Homewood, Markham, Matteson, Oak Forest, Olympia Fields, Park Forest and Richton Park.
Kelly is a Full-time legislator; born New York, NY. She received her B.A. and M.A. degrees from Bradley University and her Ph.D. from Northern Illinois University. She serves as a Cook County Commissioner on Human Rights, on the board of the Rich Township Food Pantry and the Illinois Theatre Center, and is co-founder and past president of the Unity Coalition of the South Suburbs; she is also a trustee for Bradley University. She is married and resides in Matteson.
