Talk:Robinson Crusoe Island
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
It's a bit odd that these two exact sentences appear in numerous other web sources:
- It was then found by a British sailor, Cornelius Webb, and taken to another area of the island to be reburied.
- Legend has it the booty, weighing 800 tonnes, includes two papal rings and a storied jewel known as the "Rose of the Winds".
How did this happen? Did these sites rip off Wikipedia, or are these sentences a copyvio on Wikipedia? rspeer 14:55, 8 November 2005 (UTC)
