Placed not only for aesthetic reasons but in historical context for Franklin Dam. Morning Mist, Rock Island Bend was crucial to the success of the Franklin campaign. Irreplaceable image. Reduced resolution.
Dombrovskis was highly permissive of the use of this image, and it may be considered to be an open license, but I cannot find any exact wording.
