Rockpile (AVA)

Rockpile is an American Viticultural Area established April 29, 2002. It was Sonoma County's 12th AVA when established.
It consists of approximately 15,400 acres in northwestern Sonoma County, CA. All of the acres are at or above 800 feet in elevation. 11 vineyards are currently located there with approximately 160 acres of planted wine grapes.
