Rodney Buford

Rodney Alan Buford (born November 2, 1977, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin) is an American professional basketball player.

Buford played collegiately for Creighton University and was selected by the Miami Heat of the National Basketball Association in the 1999 NBA Draft. Buford moved to a new team in each season from 2000 where he joined the Philadelphia 76ers franchise that were the champions of the Eastern Conference. He then moved on to the Memphis Grizzlies, the Sacramento Kings, and finally the New Jersey Nets. Buford averaged 6.4 points per game in his NBA career.
Rodney Buford has also played for the European giants Panathinaikos during the 2002-03 season. As of the 2006-07 season, he is playing in the Euroleague with the Maccabi Tel Aviv basketball club from Israel.
