Rodolfo Lana Jr.

Rodolfo Lana Jr. was born on October 10, 1972 in Makati City, Philippines. Fondly named "Jun" by his peers, Jun at 34 years old has already achieved so much at such a young age. At 34 he is the youngest Palanca Hall of Famer. He has won a number of best screenplay trophies from FAMAS, METRO MANILA FILM FESTIVAL, STAR, GULLERMO awards, and perhaps one his more prestigious award is the Best SCreenplay Award from the 1998 Brussels International Film Festival. Currently he works for GMA 7, a local television broadcasting network in the Philipines. He works as a Creative Consultant of the Drama Department, and Head Writer of Magpakailanman and other shows. He also directs for TV and film, collaborating with Cesar Montano and directing "Milagroso"- a TV special shown in GMA 7; which was a finalist at the 2006 Asian TV Awards. He has also directed episodes of Love2Love, Wag Kukurap, and Fantastikids.
