Hey, this is Rogerthat. I'm from Australia and am currently a uni student at RMIT. I originally joined Wikipedia on October 29, 2005 when I noticed the distinct lack of information on notable Australian people and events, as well as footy. So I got to work, and while there's still a long way to go, I've added a hell of a lot of notable information to this site, the most notable being the start up of WP:AFL, which has been steadily growing, with around 30 members.

I'm passionate about the following things on Wikipedia:

• Australian rules football, see WikiProject AFL and Category:VFL/AFL players.
• Cricket
• All things Australian, including documenting Australian television shows and people. See the category, Category:Australian television presenters by network.

Some of my interests include:

• Playing footy and cricket
• Keeping fit
• Dining
• Playing briscola
• Watching sports
• Sports statistics
• Movies and TV - comedy especially

Now you'd think from this modest user page that I haven't contributed much to Wikipedia. Well you couldn't be more wrong. I've created hundreds of articles on AFL players, as well as templates, the entire creation of WikiProject AFL, the categorisation of all AFL players (See here) and not only that, the creation of countless articles across many areas of Australiana (including television, music, media, business etc).

afl is BORING! It has nothing on Rugby League! In the not too distant future Melbourne Storm will draw way more people to its games than any of the afl cats will. Even sydney can beat victorians at their own game, SYDNEY SWANS. oh, and Coolio has way more talent than you think. his manager just told me to tell you all to watch out for his soon coming album 'return of the gangsta!'
