Rohini Hattangadi born Rohini Oak, is an Indian film, television and theatre actress. She has been acclaimed by critics for her performances in films like Gandhi, in which she plays Mahatma Gandhi's wife Kasturba, and Saaransh with Anupam Kher. She has been the recipient of the National Award for Best Actress on numerous occasions. Hattangadi has also played the lead role in a ground-breaking television series on politics in India, where she played the leader of a major political party. She appeared topless in the film "Party."
