Rosemary Harris (writer)

Rosemary Jeanne Harris (born in 1923) is a British writer of fiction for children.
Rosemary Harris studied at the Chelsea School of Art and the Courtald Institue, both in London. She has served in the Red Cross Nursing Auxiliary during WWII, and has worked as a picture restorer, a reader for Metro-Goldwyn-Myer, and a children's book reviewer for the Times.
Rosemary Harris won the Carnegie Medal in 1968 för "The Moon in the Cloud".
