Detective Inspector Rowanne Morell was a police officer in the long running ITV drama The Bill. She was played by Tanya Franks.
She came to help Sun Hill CID investigate murders. She investigated the murders of PC Kerry Young and PC Lance Powell. She also investigated PC Honey Harman's fiance after he was suspected of killing his wife, PC Gabriel Kent's connection to the sniper and The Sun Hill Fire. She was later temoporarily seconded to Sun Hill CID to cover for DI Neil Manson after losing his mistress PC Andrea Dunbar in The Sun Hill Fire.
